  • Electric Works (The Forum) 1690 Broadway Fort Wayne, IN, 46802 United States (map)

A 7-Session Improv Series to Help You Lead with Confidence, Connection & Agility!

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers -- it’s about showing up, thinking on your feet, and staying connected under pressure. That’s exactly what improvisation teaches.

Join us every other Wednesday night for 1 hour of fast-paced, low-pressure, highly practical and applicable skills development where you’ll build real leadership muscle through the unexpected magic of improv.

Relax -- no improv, stand-up, comic or public speaking skills required. Come as you are, ready to level up your leadership skills!

Whether you're leading a team, a classroom, a family, or just trying to lead yourself better-- this 7-part series will help you:

  • Think and respond in the moment

  • Build psychological safety and trust

  • Communicate with clarity and presence

  • Embrace setbacks and learn faster with more resiliency

  • Practice vulnerability without losing authority

  • Have more fun while doing serious work

WHEN: Starts April 23, Every Other Wednesday Night

WHERE: Electric Works Forum

TIME: 6-7pm EST

COST: $20

Session 1: Psychological Safety & Showing Up (April 23, 2025)

Learn how to create space for trust, risk-taking, and authenticity through improv warm-ups and “fail forward” games that make it safe to be seen and heard.

REMEMBER: NO acting or improv experience required! You can attend as many sessions as you want and you don't need to attend the ones before to participate. Just pick what feels relevant to you and trust the process. Bring your curiosity and a willingness to grow.

Note: These sessions are focused on leadership development especially for high impact and high pressure roles. You might actually relax and smile during, or afterward. It's ok, we promise not to tell anyone. :)

These workshops are in partnership with: Electric Works (www.fortwayneelectricworks.com), Problem Solving Institute (www.problemsi.com) & Core Leadership Academy (www.coreleadershipacademy.com).
